Samual Macfarlane

Everyone matters, so I'm here to prove it. Carpe diem

I’m taking on 2,000 push-ups in 23 days. Not for fitness, but for mental health.

From 5–27 February, every push is about raising awareness and funds for those who are fighting battles we can’t always see.
All proceeds go to the Mental Health Association of New Zealand, helping build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.
Support me, share it, or stand with the cause because "stronger minds build stronger lives."

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
