About Our Challenge….And Believe Me, It Will Be A Challenge!
Kia ora friends and whānau!
This February, our team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge! We’re aiming to smash 2,000 push-ups between 5–27 February 2026 to support better mental health across New Zealand.
I’ll be struggling through every single rep, probably negotiating with gravity and questioning my life choices. Paul, meanwhile, will be smashing them out and adding them to Strava like a machine. Typical. 😅
If you’d like to help us push for change, you can join the challenge or chip in a donation — even if it’s just the price of a couple of coffees, a beer and a pie, or whatever treat you fancy. Every little bit counts and helps make a huge difference!
All funds go straight to The Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping create a future where mental health is valued, protected, and prioritised.
