In my thirties I could do loads of pushups - now not so much!
As a woman of a certain age I'm aware of how much harder these things become and how it cam impact our mental health.
Exercising and setting goals is a great way to keep healthy and happy - join me in raising money for mental health while encouraging women to enjoy being strong and athletic!

Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
