About My Challenge
From 5–27 February, me and the boys are taking on 2,000 push-ups in 23 days — not just for the challenge, but for something bigger than us.
This is about mental health.
It’s about showing up when it’s hard, pushing through when it hurts, and standing together when things feel heavy.
Too many people suffer in silence. Too many mates think they have to tough it out alone. We’re doing this to prove that strength isn’t staying quiet it’s stepping up.
Every push-up is for the ones who are struggling.
Every rep is a reminder that you’re not alone.
All proceeds go to the Mental Health Association of New Zealand, helping build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.
If you can donate mean as.
If you can’t share it, back us, and check in on your mates.
We push together.
We struggle together.
We get stronger together.
For mental health.
For the boys.
For everyone who needs it.
Dedicated to: dedicate this to the boys. The ones who laugh the loudest but hurt the deepest. The ones who carry everything on their shoulders and say they’re “all good.” The ones still here, and the ones we’ve lost. This is for the late nights, the heavy thoughts, and the battles no one sees. For every time you wanted to quit — but didn’t. We do this to remind each other that strength isn’t silence. That real toughness is asking for help. That no one has to walk this road alone. Every push-up is pain with purpose. Every rep is proof that we keep moving forward — together. If you’re struggling, this is for you. If you’re standing strong, check on your mates. We rise. We push. We don’t give up. For mental health. For the boys.
