About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Association of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society

Hi Tammy, Great charity, exercise is a superb way to start the day, I tell Tina that every day as I walk out the door. Keep the good work going and you will reach your goal. PS I am doing 30 press ups and sing a merry song every morning and it sets me up for the day.
