About My Challenge

I’m completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health, a cause that’s deeply personal to me.

I’ve navigated my own mental health battles postpartum, and with depression running in my family, I know firsthand how important it is to talk about this stuff and to support one another early, openly, and without shame.

From 5–27 February, I’ll be pushing myself physically to help push for better mental health. All proceeds support the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.

Any support, shares, or encouragement mean more than you know 🤍

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
