About Our Challenge
In February, our team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are just a couple of dads challenging ourselves to complete 2,000 push-ups between 5–27 February 2026 because we understand how important mental health is not only for our tamariki, but for our wider community across Aotearoa New Zealand.
You can help us push for better mental health by joining our team or donating to support the cause.
All funds raised go towards the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping to build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
