The Mid-Life Crisis Press: 2,000 Reps for Mental Health

From 5–27 February, our team of "seasoned professionals" (translation: old men with questionable knees) is attempting 2,000 push-ups to raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand. We’re pushing for a future where mental health is prioritized, mostly because our own sanity is currently being tested by the sheer audacity of this challenge. Please donate to support a vital cause and to help fund the industrial-sized vat of Deep Heat we’re going to need by day three.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
