About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health (5-27th February).Through my own journey with mental health I've learnt how so many of us deal are affected by mental health challenges in our lives or in or family.
Lets use this push up challenge to raise awareness, allow openness, and push the last of the stigma away from mental health.
All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
