About My Challenge

I’m taking part in the 2,000 Push-Ups Challenge from 5–27 February, not just to raise funds, but to bring people together and shine a light on mental health.

This isn’t about pressure to donate.

It’s about movement, connection, and starting conversations that matter. I truly believe that movement is one of the greatest anti depressants so I’m inviting my clients, and anyone who wants to join, to complete the challenge alongside me. If you choose to raise funds, that’s amazing. If not, your participation, support, and sharing still make a difference.

By doing this together, we’re:

  • Raising awareness around mental health
  • Supporting each other through movement
  • Creating a sense of community and connection

All funds raised (for those who choose to donate) go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.

If this resonates with you, please share this to help spread awareness and bring more people together. 💙

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
