About Our Challenge
We aim to complete at least 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. From 5–27 February, our Transdev whānau will be pushing for better mental health—together.
At Transdev, our people understand the value of movement. Whether it’s staying active on the platforms, walking the trains, or supporting our passengers day and night, our teams know that moving our bodies helps support our overall wellbeing. This challenge builds on what our workers already value: staying active, looking out for each other, and strengthening our mental resilience.
Your support means a lot.
Every push-up, every dollar, and every conversation helps the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand continue their work building a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.
Let’s show what Transdev can do — one push at a time.
🧡 Move for your mind. Move for each other. Move for Aotearoa.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
