About Our Challenge

From 5–27 February, our whānau is taking on a challenge together — completing 2,000 push-ups over 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health.

This isn’t just about push-ups. It’s about showing our tamariki that mental health matters, that support starts at home, and that when things feel heavy, we don’t carry them alone.

We’re doing this as a family because whānau support can make a huge difference. We encourage each other, we move together, and we lift each other when it gets hard — no one left behind.

All proceeds go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.

If you’re able to support or share, it would mean the world to our whānau 💙

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
