About My Challenge

I’m taking on a fitness challenge to push my limits — completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days (5–27 February)** 💪 This challenge is about building strength, discipline, and mental resilience by showing up every single day. Along the way, I’m raising awareness and funds for mental health, with all proceeds supporting the Mental Health Association of New Zealand to help build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised. If you believe fitness strengthens both the body and the mind, I’d really appreciate your support as I push for better mental health.


Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society
