From 5–27 February, I’m completing 2,000 push‑ups in 23 days to drive awareness and support for mental health in Aotearoa.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
