I'm completing 2,000 squats in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. That comes out at 86.95 squats per day (is that last one a half squat pulse?)Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February.

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
