About My Challenge
As a team we are completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise funds for a great cause, to boost our own fitness and have fun as a team.Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
