About My Challenge

Almost a year close to the day as  this challenge starts  the world lost a person incredibly special firstly to me but also to countless others. I saw this challenge  pop up and I thought this is a perfect way to firstly honour Weapon but secondly to create awareness about the importance of mental health for others.

The challenge is for 2000 push ups but because our Weapon never did never things by halves I am going to push it out abit and attempt to get more done when I can and see where i get too!!

Please support me as I push for better mental health during the time of the challenge.  All proceeds help the Mental Health Association of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

Dedicated to: Chris Murdoch (Weapon)

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
