About My Challenge

I'm completing 2,000 exercises in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health.

My daily routine for 23 days will be:

1. 22x push ups

2. 22x sit ups

3. 22x squats 

4. 22x lunges 

Unfortunately the app doesn't recognise alternative exercises (even though it's allowed) so when I bank my progress, you can be rest assured I've completed my own goal of 87 exercises each day that will satisfy my total of 2000 exercises by the 23rd day.

Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society
