About My Challenge

I’m completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health.

This challenge represents discipline, responsibility, and choosing growth over excuses — especially when life gets hard.

From 5–27 january, I’m pushing not just for physical strength, but for stronger minds, emotional resilience, and the courage to show up every day.

All proceeds support the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.

If my journey shows even one person that change is possible, then every rep is worth it.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
