A small discomfort for a great cause..........
Hi there, feeling like this is a good cause given the amount of mental health issues faing the world today, especially amoung young people living in New Zealand. Every little bit helps to making a more ochesive society thata everyone can live and contribute in. 2000 push-ups is a small inconvinience to what they have to put up with on a daily basis.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
