Emma Cullen de Beer

why i push...

Mental health is such a funny thing,

It's so often that we need to remind ourselves that mental health is just the same as any other 'health' -- eye health, brain health, physical health.
It's not just when you get sick; it's all the little things that maintain mental health too.

We all have it and we all need to look after it.

I'm completing 2000 movements over the space of 23 days to raise awareness and support for mental health.

Push-ups? Squats? Step-ups? I'm not sure what it gonna end up looking like.
Follow along with my challenge to see...

All proceeds raised help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.
