About My Challenge

In February, our workplace is coming together for the Push Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health,  and I’m proud to be part of it. I’ll be tackling 2,000 push-ups across 23 days, pushing myself physically while supporting a cause that really matters.

Every donation supports the Mental Health Association of New Zealand and the important work they do to protect and strengthen mental wellbeing across Aotearoa. Thanks so much for backing me and our wider team effort.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
