About My Challenge

The challenge is to complete 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. I'm unable to physically partake due to a knee injury, but I'm still supporting the cause (and my teammates!) by pledging a donation to match 5% of what they raise through their awesome push-up achievements.

Mental health is a really important subject though and something New Zealand really needs to get behind and do better at. So please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
