About My Challenge
I’m taking on a bit of a challenge and committing to 2,000 push ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. From 5 to 27 February I’ll be getting on the floor daily, sore arms and all, to back something that really matters to me.
If you’re able to support or share, I’d be hugely grateful. Every dollar goes to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, helping build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised. Cheers for having my back.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
