Every Push-Up Counts

This February, I’m taking on the Push-Up 2000 Challenge – 2,000 push-ups in just 23 days (5–27 February) to raise awareness and funds for mental health, with a special focus on men’s mental health.

Why? Because mental health matters. Too many men struggle in silence, and it’s time to break the stigma and start the conversation. Every push-up represents strength, resilience, and the fight for better mental wellbeing.

I’d love your support as I push through this challenge.

Every donation goes directly to the Mental Health Association of New Zealand, helping build a future where mental health is valued, protected, and prioritized.

Together, we can make a difference—one push-up at a time.

Join me, donate, and let’s push for better mental health!

Mauri ora,

Jack Bolton.
