About My Challenge
I’m taking part in the Push-Up Challenge this year in a slightly different way. The target is $1,005 = stands for 1 in 5 New Zealanders experience a mental health challenge each year.
I’m still recovering from surgery and not able to do push-ups myself, but I’m leading my household and inviting family, friends and colleagues to join in. Together, we’re making this a collective effort to raise awareness and funds for the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.
Mental health is both my professional world and something that has touched people I love deeply. This challenge feels like a simple, human way to stand together and support something that matters.
Participants in this challenge often report stronger connection, better conversations and more engagement with their own mental wellbeing. That alone makes it worthwhile.
