A Push for Mental Health Awareness

I’m taking on a personal challenge: 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to help raise awareness and funds for mental health.

From 5–27 February, I’ll be pushing myself not just physically, but for a cause that really matters. Every donation goes directly to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, supporting their work to build a future where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.

If you’re able to support or share, it would mean a lot.

Every bit helps

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
