About My Challenge & Loosing A Child to Suicide

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

As a family we have been affected by mental health sadly, loosing Jess at just 14 years old to suicide. Jess was my stepdaughter, a big sister to my kids, Jason's princess, a cousin, a nieces, a granddaughter and a friend to many. Mental health is a struggle for those living with it and for the family and friends around them, it has a ribble effect that stretches far, the weight they carried passed on to love ones when they leave this world.
