I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. 

 
Please support us as we push for better mental health from 5-27 February and just in general.
 
All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.
 
All in all, it can be push-ups, sit ups, knee push-ups. Whatever is easier for you to reach that goal. It's 90 of whatever exercise you choose a day ☺️ so let's do !!!!
