Join us as we push with purpose.
This February, we’re taking on the Push-Up Challenge to support better mental health across Aotearoa. It’s a chance to challenge ourselves, try something different, and stand together for a cause that affects us all.
From 5–27 February, every rep is a small act of commitment — showing up, supporting one another, and backing a future where mental wellbeing is protected and prioritised. All funds raised go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand and the important work they do for our communities.

Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
