My Why
I’m taking on 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to support mental health awareness and fundraising across Aotearoa.
Mental health affects all of us in different ways — within our families, friendships, and everyday life. From 5–27 February, I’m joining the Push-Up Challenge to do my small part in supporting the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand and the important work they do to ensure mental wellbeing is treasured and prioritised.
Every rep is for stronger minds, open conversations, and supporting those who may be struggling.
If you’re able, please support the cause or simply help spread the message. 💪
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
