About My Challenge
MENTAL HEALTH.
It’s one thing we all have, yet rarely talk about.
Mental health is a continuum — we all sit somewhere on it, and where we land can change daily based on what is happening to us and around us. Social connection, physical activity, time in nature (and so much more) help lift us up along that continuum and fill our buckets.
What’s your bucket filler?
The thing that makes you feel good — calmer, stronger, more like you.
I'm doing the push up challenge for those that we have lost, and to raise awareness amongst those that are still here. We only get one life... go find your bucket filler... embrace it, and talk... talk about your mental health. Its more important than anything else.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
