About My Challenge
Mental health challenges affect people from all walks of life. If I can help raise awareness or support in any way, while also pushing myself with a fun physical challenge, then it’s absolutely worth it.Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
