About My Challenge

I've struggled with Post Natal Depression which has become regular depression with some anxiety sprinkled in there. It impacts so many of us, including someone very precious to me.

I'm completing 2,000 squats in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.

Dedicated to: Someone very close to me

Supporting Mental Health Foundation

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:

  • Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
  • Providing tools that support people through tough times
  • Advocating for a better mental health system and society

With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.

Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
