About My Challenge
Every big change starts with one small step. I’m choosing to step outside my comfort zone and take on this challenge, hoping it inspires someone else to do the same.
From 5–27 February, I’ll be completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and support better mental health. I’d love your support as I push for a future where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.
Your contribution will help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand continue their work creating communities where mental health is treasured, protected, and prioritised.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
