This year's for you Ethan

August this year will mark 10yrs since our son hit a mental health brick wall and sadly felt there was no way forward. We lost him to Suicide.
He was such a fun loving young man, a kind heart who was always there to help others. He loved the outdoors, and was a great alround sportsman.  So this year I want to honour  his memory by doing things that test me physically and mentally. To me this will keep his memory alive and remind me, an others what an amazing guy he was, also remember all the great adventures we had as a family with him.
So to start my challenge year off, I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. Help make us all think about the ones we love and how live can change in an instant.
So be caring and show you care.  Don't feel abligded to donate, just remember Ethan and if you do know him share a story or photo. Xx
All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.
