About Our Challenge
In February, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete 2,000 push-ups between 5-27 February, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Aotearoa New Zealand.Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
