Letsss Puuuuush
Starting 1 February I’m taking on a bit of a challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health. I’m aiming for at least 2,000 push-ups across the month, plus 5k's every day. I’ll be ticking them off day by day and seeing how far past the 2,000 mark I can push.
Mental health is something a lot of us deal with quietly. Some days will suck, but that’s kind of the point. If you’re able to support or even just share this, it genuinely helps. All donations go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand and the work they do to make mental health something that’s understood, supported and prioritised. Thanks heaps for any support.
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
