About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Your donation will help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.
I'm doing it to support the kaupapa of moving your mood with activity, especially important now with what's going on around us. And to keep up one day with my 89 yr old uncle's press-up tally who's shown me what's possible.

Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
