About My Challenge
I'm going to be completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. My family would much rather I do this than grow a fantastic mo later in the year.
I lost my father to suicide when I was 3 so this has personal meaning for me. I have also battled my own mental health demons in the past, some of it stemming back to my childhood.
Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds help the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand build a future where mental health is treasured, protected and prioritised.
Dedicated to: My Family
Supporting Mental Health Foundation
Funds raised will invested by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand [The MHF] in three core areas of mahi:
- Promoting everyday actions that lift mental wellbeing
- Providing tools that support people through tough times
- Advocating for a better mental health system and society
With your tautoko/support, we can build a fairer, more connected Aotearoa where everyone’s mental health is valued and protected.
Whāia te hauora hinengaro kia puāwai ai te hauora tangata - there is no health without mental health.
