About My Challenge

Not many people know that, from time to time, I get stung by the old anxiety bug. If I let it, it can play havoc with my drive to get out of bed in the morning, and it definitely impacts my overall productivity and mental wellbeing.

I’m tackling this year’s Push-Up Challenge in honour of my late mate, Daniel Lacy. Bro, I know the fitness freak in you would’ve smashed these 2,000 push-ups in a couple of days, but this is going to hurt me.

Got any spare change in the centre console or under the sofa cushions?

Your support will help the Mental Health Foundation empower communities, whānau, workplaces, and schools to care for their mental health and build lasting resilience.

Any support would be much appreciated.
